  • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Please note that delays can occur due to customs inspections or carrier-related issues, which are outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is free on all orders (if applicable).

  • Any express shipping options will be displayed during checkout, if available, and may incur additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch.

5. Customs and Import Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we work with reliable shipping partners, we are not liable for delays caused by external carriers.

7. Address Errors

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided.

  • We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
