At Ashbury Attire, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
1. Return Conditions

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

In their original packaging with all labels attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
 
To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@ashburyattire.com. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:

Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
 - 
Custom-made or personalized products.
 - 
Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable."
 
3. Refund Process
- 
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
 - 
Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
 
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number.

Clear photos showing the defect or damage.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. 
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
 - 
After 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
